Our Goals are to Provide:

───

Safe place to share

People who have had Near-Death Experiences will no longer have to feel alone or misunderstood.  NDE can be openly shared with others in a non-judgmental format.  IANDS purpose is to promote responsible, multi-disciplinary exploration of near-death experiences, their effects on people's lives, and their implications for beliefs about life, death, and human purpose.

Professional Speakers

Professional speakers and renown authors of books on the subject of NDE will be guests at some of our local Space Coast IANDS  meetings.  Some of our speakers will be introduced live or in video-recordings.

We do NOT charge to attend these monthly local  meetings; however, a donation is greatly appreciated as we would like to bring more professional speakers to our area.  Donated monies would be helpful to defray traveling expenses, operating costs associated with meetings and website.

Resources

Participants are encouraged to share their knowledge of journals, books, recordings, and videos that pertain to the study of Near-Death Experiences.  IANDS focuses most of its resources into providing the highest quality information available about NDE-related studies.

The International Association of Near -Death Studies website provides extensive resources.  Go to the website:  IANDS.org and join the organization

Venue to share ideas

Where scholarship does not indicate reasonably clear positions on the origin or interpretation of Near Death Experiences, we remain impartial and open to the presentation of varying points of views.

Place to Be at Peace

While all personal beliefs will be respected, IANDS is under no obligation to consider them all equally supportable.  Whatever the viewpoint, IANDS never supports proselytizing.
